You should ask Kamri why she became a cycle instructor. She has reason and purpose behind everything she does.

Her view on life? “After my marriage, nothing has shaped and changed me as deeply and powerfully as female friendship.”

Her happy place? Snow skiing with Coldplay in my headphones, dancing in the kitchen to any hip hop with my kids, and reading good fiction with an iced coffee (with so much cream you can hardly tell it's coffee) are my happiest places.

My dream jobs are being on the USWNT or being on Broadway (Of course, both only after being an instructor at We Ride ;) )

Sherrie’s classes are perfection. She loves any type of music or genre that has a good vibe and beat. You feel like you are really dancing on the bike in her classes.

Her view on life is everyone should try to work to be the best version of themselves. People should slow down every day and “just breathe”. The world, time and life goes way too fast so try not to miss out!!

To find her happy place she goes to water and warm weather, like the beach!

Aisha’s classes aren’t just good- they’re drop-the-mic, encore-worthy experiences every single time. Here’ to the vibe, energy and connections she brings to us all.

Her favorite music? “I love all music really! But my fav of favs is R&B the soul vibe R&B, Hip Hop and anything high vibrational! We vibratin greatness over here!”

Her happy place? Anything and ANYWHERE connected to nature! She hopes one day to have a residence near a large body of water.

Taking Whitney’s class you may find yourself vibing out to some EDM and pop music. When she isn’t riding you can find her listening to country music. If she had it her way she would spend her days hiking in the mountains - it is her happy place.

Her favorite quote is Isaiah 41:10. It’s a good reminder God’s got this.

Fun fact: Whitney has broken both of her arms at the same time before. In her words “Don’t ask - it was a rough time.”

Natalie’s rides are so much fun. She is witty and you’ll always leave class wanting her playlist.

Her view on life? “There is success in the attempt. The simple act of trying and attempting is a guaranteed win every. single. time.

Her favorite music? Pop! Hands down. Otherwise, she loves anything that has a good beat and/or message that moves her.

Her happy place? In the Drive thru of HTeaO, post-Muscle Pump dinner with her momma anywhere with her boyfriend (Jack), or playing with her dog Charlie at her childhood home.
